Ha, no, one of them would be but the other two have basically just embraced health after being fairly madourovit from ages 16-29. I have a physical and very busy job (but unfortunately not the kind that gives you a workout, more one that makes you mentally and physically knackered and not wanting to do sport in the evenings) and a demanding boss so anything that will give me a boost while knocking a few pounds off my waistline I am willing to try.
Besides, I’m fucking sick of Weetabix at this stage and I never liked porridge.

Have you tried not drinking alcohol during working hours?

No. What good would that do? Churchill won a world war with such a regime.

:D:D

Well apparently you are going way over your sugar quota for the day.

It’s new enough information and I’m far from an expert, but it is out there and is believable.

I eat a few other pieces of fruit later in the day usually too. What’s the sugar quota for? To be honest I don’t think there’s such a thing as too much fruit or veg.

Just after having some organic porridge oats with some coconut oil, milled linseed, cinnamon (great for leveling out the blood sugars) and a small dripping of honey on top.

Small cup of coffee steaming away on the side here.

Did you cook these or just eat dry oats with oil?

generally my diet consists of:

Water: 2 pints of as soon as I arise
coffee; one mug of @ approx 9
Tea; one cup of @ 11
Banana: 1 @ 11
roll/wrap; between 1-2
Dinner; Home cooked meal of some description…meat veg pasta.
Tea: directly after dinner ,maybe with a biscuit…

I reckon Im healthyish could do with more variety fruit wise

Thrown in a bowl with some water and 2 mins in the microwave.

Too much of anything is bad. Some fruits are very high fructose others are high in acids.

Veg is less of an issue I would guess. It’s arguably the one thing you can eat a shit load of. When ever I have had the time to have a high veg diet the results are clear. You just feel better in every way.

Agree bit think you’d want to be going to extreme lengths to be going overboard on fruit.

I had standard porridge made with milk, with dried cranberries and macadamia nuts and honey. Fruit smoothie, protein shake, and coffee.

Anybody tried the bulletproof coffee - I think idea is it provides energy and keeps you full and is designed around a low carb lifestyle
[] 4-500 ml (2 mugs) of black coffee
[
]Add 2 Tbs (or more, up to 80 grams, about 2/3 of a standard stick of butter) of Kerry Gold or other UNSALTED grass-fed butter
[]Add 2 Tbs (30 ml) of Upgraded MCT oil for max energy, weight loss and brain function (this is 6 times stronger than coconut oil, your next best choice)
[
]Blend with a pre-heated hand blender, shake really hard in a flask, or counter top blender until there is a creamy head of foam.
Yes.

I am out of unsalted butter so didn’t have any since last week.

I wouldn’t beat myself up about fruit, there’s a lot worse you can eat. If your peckish eat it, if you hold off it’ll just be on your mind and will lead to an over indulgence in a meal later on.
