My ambition is to be a journalist. But kind of the Louis Theroux, Jon Ronson, or god forbid Donal McIntrye style.
I’ve done some things, had a great life.
Produced an heir.
If some cunt finally mows me down turning out onto the Ranelagh road one of these evenings I will have regretted nothing.

You’ll have to hang on for a Limerick All Ireland Thraw, should keep you around for about 50 more years
Aye. Though I just want my old man to see them win another one. That would do me. He was 17 and on the terrace with my uncle Johnny the last day. I’d give my life itself to stand beside him and embrace the man who brought me into the world whilst he sees the thing he has desired more than anything for the last 40 years.
Green smoothie day 2. Second part of yesterday’s batch. A pint of that this morning and then 3 eggs done in the micro around half 11. It’s a cliché but I feel less bloated already. I’ll go for my falafel wrap in the Harcourt market in a while (a Tunnock’s tea cake shall also be consumed but it’s about lifestyle change, not starvation, right?) and then dinner will be fish perhaps with some baby spuds and plenty of veg. No booze or wine.

So the new diet hasn’t dampened your libido, mate?
What do you do about brain fog or to improve concentration levels if you often find yourself functioning below expected capacity? Is this sleep or diet related? I normally just drink rakes of coffee to sharpen up but must be other ways to help. Do the intermittent fasters notice a difference in concentration levels?
Less High GI Carbs, less carbs in general I reckon…
Anything that keeps your blood sugars fairly stable should help with concentration… Adding a spoon of ground cinnamon to your porridge in the mornings can help this.

They did a test where they put a clear bowl of treats on the desk of workers and the other half the bowl was out of reach and in an opaque container with a lid.
The group that could just dip at will ate up to 500% more than the group that had to get up to get a treat.
eating is therefore somewhat impulsive and I cant wait to start fasting again
Im positively ecstatic about the thought of going hungry

Makes sense.
You should see the surrounds of my desk here… My colleagues are slaves to sugar.
Chocolate Flake Cake on my right, Bags of Hershey’s beside them. On my left there are Bags of peanut M&Ms and some for of Raspberry Muffins.
I’ll have my 4 squares of 72% Dark Chocolate with a cup of green tea shortly and fcuk the rest.
