My version of bulletproof coffee - Coffee with butter this morning. No coconut oil. Tasted quite creamy rather than buttery.

Have you tried putting butter in your coffee?

Reduce alcohol intake, which is not only fatty, but it also hinders the release of testosterone but not estrogen, which it increases… You could always just do a few push ups in your bedroom too, mate… Try elevating your feet up onto your bed for one set which is really great for getting rid of man boobbies… If you don’t want to do any of that try reducing any foods that arre grain based as they also increase estrogen- Get in some good fats instead- Nuts, egg yolk, oilve (s) oil… stay away from soya too.
