The food industry have been mugging us off for years mate. Wise up to fuck.

Would you knowingly put dirty diesel into your car?

I still eat like a man who swings hammers and digs holes.

Would you knowingly smell dirty knickers?

So spuds and meat is getting mugged off? I’d say spending 50 quid a week on organic seaweed and fucking seeds is getting mugged off. Langers.

A bit of brown bread never hurt anybody

Shit dirt no. Discharge, probably

Who wouldn’t?

Crisps are the worst thing you can ate. Balls of fat Arsne Wenger called them

Which is better for you a jar of uncle bens Thai green curry sauce or a few spoons of tesco green curry paste and a can of coconut milk?

I’d imagine the latter.

Ummm probably the latter but you hardly need a whole can do you?

@TheUlteriorMotive

Just wondering if you have ordered anything off iherb recently? Last time I did, about 6 months ago, the package intercepted by customs and I had to pay duty on it.

Dont fancy that happening again.

yeah just the other day - clicked dhl by accident as I normally go for regular post and arrived no problem

I think I was lucky as I read on boards.ie iherb is on customs list and a lot sent by dhl is stopped and duty applied even where no duty properly chargeable and dhl then apply a service fee

I never have had any problems with delivery by ordinary post - takes 3 weeks though

Sounds good. I’ll try that, yes DHL charge 10 euro for their troubles.

hmmm…

Looks like this option is not available anymore… They force you down the UPS/DHL path

Both postal options are greyed out.

My porridge this week contains milk, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, coconut oil, almonds and honey.
Unreal.

Coconut oil is a must in porridge these days. Gives a lovely flavour and texture, it’s unreal. I’ve been topping it with Greek yogurt, chopped almonds and honey. Unbelieveable.

maybe I didn’t click on DHL by mistake

it’s mad how they clamp down so tightly on supplements and make up the rules with imposing duty because there is a bloke with muscles on the packet as opposed to a cow in a field

Edit - checked and international airmail still option for me - did you try playing around with order sizes and weights

Anyone ever have a go of making spelt bread?
I really miss eating toast but most of the pre baked stuff either has crap in it or is honey bread.
