I really miss eating toast but most of the pre baked stuff either has crap in it or is honey bread.[/QUOTE]

Yes it is fairly easy. Made a good few loafs of spelt brown bread and banana bread last winter

Superquinn used to do a really nice one-not sure if Supervalu still carry it.

I gave up sugar today, I can’t wait to see what the benefits are

What Glutamine? Where can I get it?

Your life is about to change in ways you never thought possible mate, that’s a fact.

I’m after almost cutting out added sugar over the last week also. It’s only when you are trying to keep away from it you realise how addictive the stuff is. Paleo all the way for the foreseeable future* for me… again. Started crossfit last night after abusing my body for the last 6 months and boy am I feeling the effects today.

*getting through the weekend will be a start at least.

@TheUlteriorMotive

Can you answer the above? Also, where can I get almond milk?

you can get almond milk in Tesco here

Every supermarket has it.

what do ye use almond milk for?

Aldi don’t.

Where?

Dublin.

Never heard of it pal but get yourself to any main stream supermarket and you’ll find it.

They do

Couldn’t spot any in the dairy section.

How is almond milk dairy?

Good point, I didn’t think about it like that. Would it not usually be stocked in the milk section though?

Yes, it would mate. Don’t let that little cunt draw you out.
