It’s often not chilled and stocked in with soya milk etc on shelves.

Soya milk was stocked in the milk section.

It’s a puzzler alright.

No mate. Not in my tea if that’s what you mean.

Almond milk in Supervalu I think. You need the no added sugar one. Stocked in health food/gluten free section. Or try a health food store but more expensive.

no bread or sugar in a week, the metamorphoses in my brain is unreal, and I have had to tighten my belt one notch and my watch is getting loose, white bread is pure poison, full or starch and sugar

+1

Gluten and sugar free for a full week now, I feel amazing.

just weighed myself, i’m down to 85kg from 89kg in 14 days because I gave up sugar, beer and bread, absolutely unbelievable, unreal, and I haven’t lost a bit of strength, I tore it up in the gym last night

Did you find it hard to get back into the swing of things? I remember you spent the most of ten days over the Christmas drinking cans of Guinness in front of the fire.

+1. I cringe when I think back to how unhealthily I ate 4 or 5 years ago. Thankfully I was lucky to e-meet @ChocolateMice, @caoimhaoin and @Mark Renton and their diet and nutrition advice helped me to make positive lifestyle changes. It’s never too late and these fat cunts can still save themselves.

I’d work late and get a take-away on my way home for handiness sake. Then stay up too late and go into work the next morning without having any breakfast. Terrible stuff.
