Does whiskey go off after its been open for a bit?

We always do killarney at Christmas buddy. It’s Cork on st Stephens day for shopping and the cork opera house panto that night. It breaks the journey to killarney.
Killarney is dam busy this year though, all the car parks are full and the town and tourist spots are busy too, dunno is it down to the good weather.
I’m a little disappointed to be honest, the floods last year made it more festive I think.
We had some fun getting on the wet gear and wellies and negotiating our way around muckross park in the floods and wind and rain.

Defrosted round steak for 12 quid. Beaurifult.

Yuletide Green Spot finished tonight. It’s a dangerous hoor in a heightened emotional state. Great tack though.

Sipping on Jura 10 year old single malt scotch… One of those scotch peat aroma type whiskeys, it’s almost spicy. Tis grand but I prefer the sweeter Irish whiskies…
