I heard that only 14,000 people have signed up to live, not exist this weekend.
I heard it was nearing 30,000 out of 32,500 which I’d say could be correct. It has not being heavily advertised in comparison to other festivals so I reckon ticket sales went ok. It is a very popular festival every year for people who just can’t face the Oxegen mess.
Any of you fellas driving this weekend? If so yer fairly fucked, serious parking issues due to the bad weather and lack of available fields. Serious scrambling being done to get replacement fields I hear. Yer always welcome folks, we’ll fire a few of ye into the slatted sheds, for the right price.

Judging by the amount of promotion they are doing at the moment I’d imagine they don’t have a whole pile of tickets shifted.
It’d be good to see The Frames back together. A few other good bands but wrong time of year for a festival like it.
How much are the tickets to that?

The price is madness when you think of the timing, end of summer, colleges starting back etc. It’ll be full of hippies anyway.
The barleys cut early this year, so ye shower of hippie cunts can come on in and do what ye like.
240 notes is a lot if it’s the music that’s the attraction. Arguably only two of the headliners are at the top of their game (Mumford and LCD). and they wouldn’t be to everyone taste. It’s a decade and a half since leftfield and Massive Attack were at the peak of their powers. Pil are on the slide since 1980 and Roxy Music produced their best work in 1975.
