Equality

It found that children of homosexual fathers are nearly 3 times as likely, and children of lesbian mothers are nearly 4 times as likely, to identify as something other than entirely heterosexual. Children of lesbian mothers are 75% more likely, and children of homosexual fathers are 3 times more likely, to be currently in a same-sex romantic relationship.

:eek:

What’s that from?? That’s the extinction of mankind right there… Cunts like @Bandage and @Fran jumping on the populous vote with absolutely no thought whatsoever for the future of our race.
I’ll be voting “yes”. It’s simple enough for me really, a certain section of society currently does not have access to the same constitutional rights and privileges as I do and I believe that to be wrong.

I’ve yet to hear the no side put forward a reasonable argument to vote no although it is their choice to vote whatever way the want without being vilified for doing so.

Some of the fundamental dogooder yes supporters would sicken your shit but it’s not reason enough to vote no
As always the voice of reason.

+1.

He was always “my go to” person on TFK for restaurant recommendations but I’ll add equality issues to that now.
is part of your voting no that you think it will stop gays adopting? apologies if I am confusing you, not the intention.

edit: I’m also not interested at all in changing your mind, not the intention of this either. I could not be arsed campaigning or debating.
No. Separate issues for Me. I’m strongly against gays adopting (obvious reasons) and slightly less strongly against them marrying as in marriage is for a man and a woman.

@TheUlteriorMotive

is that the report by Mark Regenerus? The same guy who has been widly discredited for the report for making stuff up? The same report that was being used in Utah against same sex marriage and they had to withdraw it from evidence as it was rubbish? the same report that his own university distanced themselves from? A report that used a sample size of 2 same sex families?

seriously? I am sure there are plenty of reports out there to discredit and go against the premise of same sex marriage or families, but that has to be by far the absolute worst source to use.

and in case you think I am shouting you down, on this one yes, as it is an awful, awful source to use. I’m sure there are far better reports out there than that shite.

Pity for you that the author is widely accepted to be a complete loonball, and his studies have been disowned by even the journal that published it.

Susan White would be a better source.

It’s NOT ok to be gay.

You’re not straight though. Is that OK?

good stuff. at least you are knowledgeable in your reasons. which I said from the start I had no issues with. its the ones using false reasons to vote no that somewhat annoy me. For what it’s worth, I think this referendum will do fuck all with relation to children, and it being brought into the debate by the no side was a complete smokescreen to portray fear into the public.

I am straight.

No mate, you’re asexual. That’s not straight.

I’d like to know where Bressie stands with regard to the referendum.

I am physically attracted to women.

@HBV*

are we done? you dont seem to have much for me despite your earlier annoyance when I said I wasnt arsed debating.

Wow, this is a change from what you said before. Did you decide to be straight to be cool?

I have always been physically attracted to women. I’m just not a sex person.
