I donāt know anything about it, is it just one building or a number of buildings? If itās the one building and thereās a theatre or something in it it makes sense not to have housing in the same building, possibly?
I donāt think thereās anything to do with the performing arts whatsoever planned for the development. Theyāll have to put a disclaimer in Lonely Planet.
If you donāt know what the Opera Centre is then you are not entitled to an opinion on the development of Limerick City.

The original talk was yes and that UL would be heavily invested in the project. That of course was before they discussed with UL.
Then plans were presented to concillors (planning requirement) with no housing. They kicked up and a few appartmejts were thrown in.
