It’s not gone. Donal’s wife and daughter are selling up to a half dozen local buyers. It’s a good eating pub but as a drinking pub you need a good crowd there as it’s such a big space and can be cold when it’s just a few at the bar.
There’s about two acres out the back of it in car park so maybe the new owners are hoping to develop that to get a quick return.
