Failing upwards

They are reaping what they sowed for sure I’m just pointing out that loads of countries did the same thing and are suffering the same consequences. For a lot of those countries that are not seeing the same scenes it’s because they have cut lots of flights and routes and there would be uproar here if they tried that. I wouldn’t agree at all with what they’ve done but perhaps understandable given a lot of the narrative at the time that it would be years before international travel got anywhere back to normal levels whereas it has snapped back pretty quickly apart from business travel.

T1 is a dump.

All the people in the queue who ultimately missed their flights for starters.

They should have turned up earlier.

Like the Liverpool fans in Paris i suppose.

No, they were on time.

Your mind is twisted mate. Sad to think a load of scousers with fake tickets mean more to you than your our countrymen(and woman).
Have a read. Enlighten yourself.

The DAA told us they should have turned up later

I won’t have a read. I don’t care. A load of latecomers having to queue at Dublin Airport is an irrelevancy. First world problems, eh?

Get on to Joe Duffy if you care that much. That’s all this non-story is worth, to be Funny Friday Liveline fodder.

A sad day indeed. @Sid’s cause well runs dry. I would think a load of holidays would be of equal importance to a load of em… football holidays. I’ll take a spin down the deep internet and see if i can find any evidence of cunts with fake airline tickets fucking it up for everyone else.

Please do.

The dangers of failing too far upwards have been brutally demonstrated.

Marco Silva is no longer eligible for this thread. His failure has failed upwards into success.

Rudi Garcia has failed upwards into the Napoli job

Was he over that Lyon team that beat man city in the champions league a few years back?

Letting Spaletti go was sacrilegious

Letting?

If they gave him a better deal he would have stayed.

Was there not serious issues between manager and club prior to the last season? I didnt think his leaving was a money issue, more a “fuck this, its a miracle we did what we did, I’m out”.
