How do you you manage to balance it in the top of your thumb for long enough?
My great pal is having major surgery as we speak. I feel a bit sick about it all.

Twas just some kind of ruptured vessel or something from loads of coughing. A minor thing that I neednât bother taking an hour off work and paying fifty quid for, but better safe than sorry I suppose

Signing in from the eye and ear A&E. Hearing gone in one ear. Nurse asked on a scale of 1-10 how bad is the pain. I uttered â12â through gritted teeth. Chrisht.
