Not worth a fuck in my experience but worth a try if you are not a regular sinus sufferer.
Diet is was my long term solution to sinus. treatment.

Iāve had a headache since the wee hours of Thursday night / Friday morning.
Iām putting it down to sleep deprivation due to baby/toddler feeding/teething and generally going stone mad all night.
But it hasnāt improved since.
A combination of dehydration and cake induced diabetes. Nextā¦

Fill a pot with some boiling water, put face over it and inhale for a few minutes. Put towell over head. Do this often.
