Went out this morning. A rake of excuses not to do it today, but got a time logged and donation done. I must try doing hard (for me) 5kms more often because I really hate them🤣. Thought I could go quicker but didn’t have it today.
I’ll need an extension also. Badly fucked my ankle up playing stupid soccer. 5 hours in a hospital and the cunts didnt even see me. Not like I was doing much anyway, but this properly fucks me.
@caulifloweredneanderthal can you post up a direct link for @fistoffury charity please? Its fuck all in the scheme of things, but much like Faldos donation drive, if it helps someone in the name of FOF then I think we should do all we can.

Went out the other day to knock this one off. Won’t trouble the leaderboard, but the fastest I’ve gone since July. I was in relatively good shape last spring, but fatherhood began to really take hold and have been going through the motions fitness wise up until Christmas. Into a better routines of it now. Onwards and upwards. Chucked a few quid to the charity in the link as well.
