I don’t know at this stage pal… Haven’t trained in 7 weeks nearly… I got a couple of sessions of reflexology for free off a colleague this week ( she used to practice it) and it has worked wonders on the lower back/sciatica.

I toyed with the idea of getting back to training in early December but I’ve decided to wait until the new year. I just have too much going on.
