What are your Christmas training regimes - take a week off and go back hard in January or do you keep it ticking over.

Might take the chance to get out and do some cardio probably running - generally not a big fan of it but it saves a trip to the gym and will blow off some lethargy.

You have a bulging disk in your lower back which is causing your sciatic problems-probably L3 or L4 but get an MRI to be on the safe side. It is difficult for me to make an exact diagnosis without taking off your top and having a feel around.

Session 2 Boxing session > 1 hour, at home. Very skill based. Heavily fatigued before.

Day 2 -
Session 1 Hip Mobility & Flexibility Session
Double session
Session 2 Sprint speed session((using Plyo & intro part of strength session)
Strength & Power Day 1 > Max Strength

Day 3 -
Session 1 Mobility & Core Stability Session
Session 2 Acupuncture

Day 4 -
Session 1 Mobility, Flexibility & Core combo
Session 2Strength & Power Day 2 > Strength Endurance
Session 3 Speed Endurance 3 x 1KM’s with 500M rest.

Day 5 - Off

Day 6 -
Session 1 Core & Flexibility
Session 2 Day 3 Strength & Power Day 3 > Power & Power Endurance

Day 7 - 1 Session boxing skills

I retract my support for you and i’m backing @Mac all the way.

You’ve two options, bro. One is to get disc(s) removed or shaved-this is costly if you don’t have VHI and there is no guarantee that it will work. The second option is just to manage it-this is what I’m doing but it also has it’s drawbacks and can flare up now and again. I didn’t have health cover when I first did it a few years ago and now it is a pre-existing condition and so not covered-the cunts. Sorry for the late reply but I am very busy in work and I am doing a masters part-time.
