Maybe because no-one pays attention to anything you post as you swore never to return and rather than manning the fuck up you had to create a new username.

“Manning the fuck up”. This is an internet forum, mate.
You’re a pale shadow of your former self mate. If you disappear now and come back in your original guise you might get away with only a few people noticing it.
A set of kettlebells for some core work wouldnt go astray. A pull up bar is a great addition also.
A few 45 second planks worth doing also.
Nothing wrong with a few good old press ups either.
A set of kettle bells…a trx strap would be far better.
true… if you have a high enough spot to attach it to I suppose.
Both would do a pile if good for ye lads.
going out for a yog or jog ( im not sure of it’s a soft “j”) nice and handy after the shock to the system that was yesterdays game (we were victorious).
@caoimhaoin was thinking of doing 6 k in about 30-35 min nothing too strenuous, will this be of benefit to me?

In a word no.
Foam roll, do a series of mobility exercises, do 8-10 100m runs at about 60-70% with a walk back and then have a good long foam roll again and stretch.
What sort of weight kettle bell are we talking? 8 or 12 kg?
In other news, i got the shock of my life when i looked at my run from yesterday and it said i did 400m in 46 s
