I’m going to work on my arms tonight, bit of weight training lifting a pint glass to my mouth and the constant reps will be very beneficial.

Tomorrow morning i’ll be strengthening my core with a big fry up.

DL 80kg 10x10, bench press 60kg 10x10, single arm row 25kg 10x10, front squat 45kg 10x10, hanging leg raise 10x10. Also 4x15 hamstring curl and calf raises.
