Superset everything, minimise rest, get out.
That’s what I’ve been doing for the last 5 weeks or so. The difference is incredible.
I agree mate you look great.
This is why you are weak.
It’s just a bullshit report.
There’ll be another one next saying that 3 minute rest between sets will kill you.
Do whatever suits you best within reason.
90 - 120 seconds should be enough… I agree that a minute is too soon but it depends on what you are hoping for out of your gym session.
I’m stronger than you.
Is this what the place is coming to?
It’s the McGregorification of TFK.
I feel I should have put a bruh/brah/bro in that last message somewhere…
Fffs
Cheers pal
You stupid bastard.
For a once off today, weights circuits, 3 rounds of 4 exercises, did each round three times, 20 reps of each exercise.
Round 1: DL, explosive push-ups, sit-ups, shoulder press
Round 2: hack squat, stiff leg DL, diagonal reptiles, bent over row
Round 3: lunges with forward raise, diamond push-ups, high pull, some core exercise I don’t have a name for.
@carryharry - i don’t have 50 mins now to watch it all, but i will cos the first 5 mins are extremely impressive and i’m personally delighted a Physio is put there doing these work shops and seems genuinely concerned about whats happening. Many physios have no interest in highlighting anything as they see themselves losing money.
I did a Movement workshop last weekend with a Community group (remarkably the lical soccer, athletic, GAA, Camogie and ladies football all got together for it) and people genuinely haven’t a clue whats going on. But there is a hunger to find out and help the kids and there is some awareness that the world has changed.
I would imagine i will actually seek this guy out, thanks for that.
good segment on matt cooper during the week about nutritionists and fitness gurus.there was a doctor on saying these were mainly unqualified quacks giving out dud advice
