France Versus Ireland Second Leg

Leon Best is fair bad at soccer

I`d rather see Best start than that gimp.

Thats why you’ll never be Ireland manager.

There I said it.

Take that back.

George would do a better job out there than Leon

Make me…

Your really trying to get yourself fucked up this morning aren`t you?

Anyone see some of the French media analysis of the Irish team before the first leg?

They said that Stephen Ireland was our biggest threat but that there was some doubt over whether he would play or not as he had a falling out with Trappatoni.

Do some research lads.

On the little prick, I still think Trappatoni should have picked him in a squad a while back and let him withdraw. Once that was done that would be the end of it.

Amazing to think that Trappatoni would no doubt consider Ireland for Ireland if he made himself available despite his actions yet won’t consider Andy Reid.

I won`t question you on soccer because you might attack me, after watching you get sent off for serious violent conduct yesterday I bow to your cantona style kick on a supporter.

[FONT=Helv][SIZE=2][FONT=Helv][SIZE=2]I think Trapattoni is actually fairly close to recalling Andy Reid but is keeping his cards close to his chest, although it’s just guesswork on my part.

How did you all get on in the Oval lads? Any fighting?

Exaggerated to the extreme. I am currently awaiting a written apology from the referee for his heinous error of judgement.

Didn`t see any fighting Sledge (was there some?) but we left The Oval early enough headed down to the wool shed, the atmosphere was very good in there.

Bring it on rinty. :guns:

Attaboy runt, take no prisoners.

[FONT=Helv][SIZE=2][FONT=Helv][SIZE=2]No fighting that I know of, was jammers in there but decent enough buzz, managed to get a table in the snug downstairs so didn’t bother moving to the Woolshed. I get on alright with some of the YBIG gang but no so well with others so on balance I decided to give it a wide berth even though I was supposed to go down and give a mate a hand grafting badges. I’d say there was a decent atmosphere in there alright, Wolfe Tones tunes to beat the band no doubt.

If the referee can remember the game after you concussed him with the corner flag

Rintintin did his best to find a fight. Attacking Birmingham fans and ensuring all heard his anti-celtic opinions

The Birmingham boys enjoyed the bit of banter.

Well the boys of Liverpool, when we safely landed,
Called meself a fool, I could no longer stand it.
Blood began to boil, temper I was losing;
Poor old Erin’s Isle they began abusing.
“Hurrah me soul” says I, me Shillelagh I let fly.
Some Galway boys were nigh and saw I was a hobble in,
With a load “hurray !” joined in the affray.
We quitely cleared the way for the rocky road to Dublin.

Still no deal to show match on tv. Beyond a joke.

The FAI should be ashamed of themselves.
