Whatâs the forumâs view on parking in disabled spaces. There are 4 such spaces in the place I get my morning coffee and I notice a lot of people use them like they are ordinary parking spaces. Theyâre never all full at one time but itâs still something that irks me.
I tackled an able bodied lady about parking in a disabled space in SuperValu in Killester ( cc @Bandage ) and she very firmly told me to fuck off and mind my own business. I slunk home with my tea in a mug.
Be careful tackling what you perceive to be an able bodied person in a disabled spot. Always check for the disc. Then you can lay waste to the horrible cunt and for a finish, piss in their diesel tank.
Iâd never question anyone just in case they had a valid badge but I noticed a person from my work parking in one this morning and theyâre not disabled. I guess their justification would be that there were still 3 other spaces left if an actual disabled person did show up.
I do on the other hand think there are valid questions to be asked about the number of parent and child spaces. Why do nimble agile people in the whole of their health in the prime of their lives get the best spaces.
I wouldnât park in a disabled space, but there are a ridiculous amount of them designated nowdays. Youâd often see 5-10 of them in a row and theyâre always empty. Are planners expecting a boom in disabled drivers in the next few years I wonder.
What are lads views on disabled jacks? I got caught short, badly, in a public place a few years back and the other jacks were engaged. I had to use the disabled ones. I wasnât proud, but felt it was necessary
