GAA Managerial Merrygoround Thread

Was Mayo not the only job he didn’t coach in, and basically had Buckley handed to him?

Colm Nally heading to coach Meath under Andy McEntee. No drills just game based exercises @TreatyStones

I think it’s a great bit of business by Donegal.Theyve a ready made replacement for Bonner when he steps down next year. They’ll have to start training in Ballyshannon though.

Bring in a coach who was horribly unlucky not to beat this Dublin team.

Simples.

Aidan O’Rourke set to take the Roscommon gig.

Who?

Buckley is gone to Kerry not Donegal. Rochford was tbe manager whos mind boggling decision cost Mayo an All Ireland

The ex Armagh centre-back

Is he a son of Fintan O’Toole?

Brother.

Nah, that was McGeeney

Not strictly managerial but…

5 Minors in a row
4 Junior All Irelands is it?
A serious coaching set up and one of the brightest S&C’s doing the rounds
State of the art Centre of Excellence

Dublin made them angry.

Not turning minor AIs into u20/u21s will tell a lot.

Back in the day perhaps, but not as easy as that anymore with the bullshit regulations about senior and U20.

Every county faces the same problem. WIth their depth they should have been able to cover for Clifford.

Cliffords are 10 a penny down around Cahirciveen alright.
