That was the most hypocritical move of all time. Sheedy wouldn’t let lads play championship football finals with their clubs in Tipp. Instead he had them running in shit and playing Mickey Mouse pre season games.

Crazy appointment. The happiest people tonight are probably Dublin and Offaly supporters who maybe feared this particular circus rolling into their town. Relief now that he’s someone else’s problem.
Presided over two of Waterford’s most humiliating ever defeats in a Munster and AI final. And they still stump up to get him back, with all the baggage that comes with him.

If he could get Wexford to an AI semi final which they in the end fucked away he could do okay with this crowd.
He will definitely build a huge collective chip on their shoulders but I also think the ship has sailed for the key cogs in that fleet.
It’s a lazy appointment but not all bad either imo
@Fagan_ODowd has driven Bobby through the garden gate with a kick such is his enthusiasm for this appointment. There’ll be tears, recriminations and plenty of “I tried to warn you” stories so there will.
The selection of a suitable vehicle for the Leprechaun will tell whether Waterford mean business or not. The Skoda Superb just doesn’t scream Contenders……

Waterford is much nearer to Amber on Bansha road than Wexford is.
He won’t have Bulfin or Buglar though so it will be interesting to see who he has with him.
