Its plain to see that McGeeney has finally realised that he is a no 2, unprepared for the role of leading and better suited to sitting quietly in the background.
He did as well as he could have with the bunch of players he had in Kildare.
He should be setting his sights higher than that.

Safe to say Grimley had this one forced on him you’d imagine, of course he gets on with McGeeney from their dealings in the past, but no way do you want an alpha like McGeeney fuming quietly in the corner of a dressing room. Davis as S&C coach is a good addition as well. With Stevie over the U21’s there might be hope for Armagh yet.
