Iām amazed at the shit show below in Wexford is actually happening. Hurling first and then football. So lads wonāt be playing any hurling for six months of the year.
Thatāll finish hurling for Wexford forever if itās allowed continued. Imagine telling a jump jockey he couldnāt jump fences for six months of the year or a guitarist to take six months off.
They simply wonāt compete.

We have been over this, the same amount of lads go to America every year. There is only so many sanctions to be given out and only a few clubs who pay big bucks. Split season has no effect.
Not everybody goes to America has to hurl. The vast majority donāt.

Agreed but the amount of lads going hasnāt changed either.
Most lads in university go for a year, split season wonāt change that either way.
Weāll thanks to the split season thereās no real reason to stick around for the summer.
