KK ARE GONE. You bums haven’t a clue about hurling!
In fairness every county is the exact same. Dublin v Laois a few weeks back in the football only had 30k or 40k at it. If the Dubs reach the final tickets will be changing hands for ridiculous money.
There’ll be people at the Munster final in a fortnight who will probably have only been to a couple of games (if even that) since the AI final in '07.
Bandwagons of any type (sporting, Garth Brooks mania etc) would sicken your hole. We are sheep in this country. Just go with the flow…
It’s the same everywhere. Nowhere is different.
Massive relief in chipp that it’s ye and not us they’re facing.
They might take ye for granted and get caught for it.

Pity it wasnt televised theyd definitely be over confident looking at that display. We’re back in the long grass but a strong possibility our lads will have mentally checked out for the year.
+1
Galway hadnt the brains to expose it.
I feel that Galway may find it very hard to pick themselves up for next week.
They certainly have the hurlers to beat Tipperary but I’ll be surprised if it happens. Advantage Tipp.

I’d go along with that… apart from the fact that this is Galway hurling we are speaking of and nothing will go as planned.
Hopefully, as I’d like to see Galway win. I hear that Sheedy has been back doing a few sessions with Tipp recently.

The amount of Grade A bangwagon cunts in this county is shameful.
We are worse , was there @ 5:20 and secured a ticket @ 6:55…never witnessed anything like it. Though ref was good despite views to contrary above. Galway discipline very lax in first half. Tj Reid gave an exhibition in efficient but too 8-9 steps for last goal. Cilian Buckley and Tyrell the others who excelled for Kk . For Galway they simply tried to match Kk at their strengths and came up short. End of the rd for Cunnie and they’ll be facing a very difficult task Sat. Possession based game based on finding men in space will cause huge issues for Galway defense. Kk injuries mounting, Colin Fennelly played with a fractured finger. Was Joyce injured or dropped ? Tommy lines up @ WF but spent most of him time in MF , HB line . Larkins pace is gone completely. They need Mick Fennely back badly . Canning was anonymous which was disappointing
David Burke must be the most blocked down player in this years championship
Is he done KP?
I’m not sure what he is bringing to the starting 15 at this stage. A stint on the bench might take the pressure off him.
Only seen highlights and listened to it on radio yesterday… looked like a dead scrappy affair. Fogartys goal was lucky after a fine save… KK were better but despite what I said last night I’m not sure we are that far off the mark either…
but players need to start thinking smart… Canning was isolated one on one on 2 occasions but wayward long range efforts were the end result. Smith amd Tannian gave possession away multiple times to a spare KK man.
The one thing that worries me is discipline. It was a shambles in the first half yesterday and this stinks of a team thats badly organised. Can AC hold these guys together next week?
David Burke hurled a world of ball last night. Wasn’t fantastic but surprised he was taken off. Much improved from previous week

Can’t score points either. It’s a malaise at this stage that can be traced back to roughly half time in the first game against KK in the ALL Ireland two years back. There’s a palpable lack of confidence nowadays, maybe less focus on the gym and more on the basics might pay dividends next year. Jason Flynn is the future. Just like David Burke was once, Niall Burke too. Joe as well one time. Not feeling confident about next week at all
That’s been the story of his year. His effort has been commendable but he’s not close to the player a lad of his ability should be and Galway need him to be if their to win an All Ireland. One big game from him and you feel he might turn it around but he’s seriously running out of chances
Smith and esp Hayes were liabilities yesterday. J Cooney v disappointing too but was played out of position. Not starting Glynn on Murphy was an odd decision. Brehony was excellent as was C Cooney and Callinan
Really? Pauric Lodge didnt mention brehony at all… but I dont trust the plike.
What did you loke about Callanans game, apart from save alot of his puck outs went wayward I thought?
Callinan exuded confidence. Good in air and one or two nice saves.
Marty harsh on tj for last goal
Brehony was only ok. I wouldn’t take any of the Galway forwards bar Cooney and Canning, none of their HB or MF. 1-4 they are solid . All in all a very average side. Whatever happened to That young Commins lad, the RCF ?
Whatever happened to a highly hyped young Galway hurler???
