Conor Cooney had a few moments at the start of either half that made it look like Barry was going to have a long afternoon but other than that Barry had a decent enough outing, definitely an improvement on the Clare game when he was abysmal. Wasnât there in person to properly judge it but it looked to me like Cooney went wandering out which suited Barry as he was able to hang back closer to his goals and concentrate on putting out fires.
Only the true greats like Shane Maloney, Eamonn Taaffe, Colm Coyle, Seamus Darby and Ian Robertson have that ability to be in the right place at the right time.
Theyâll never be able to take away his All Ireland medals (sub). @Fagan_ODowd, I think Iâm correct in saying the last Waterford All Ireland winning team in 1959 similarly had in the ranks of its subs, a poultry titan?
Those wankers were importing chickens from Thailand for years and selling them as Irish. Not illegal due to stupid labelling laws but wrong all the same.
