Willie O’Dea won’t like that.

Wha? Didn’t they only run 40 odd candidates this time? Going this well for them today could they not run more and go for broke in a re-run?

Decent surplus for Ring there, Chambers better hope she gets some of the SF surplus

Greens transfer friendly too though. O’Snodaigh has a big surplus.

FF have had a disaster in Dublin South Central - that was one they were banking on.

I’m not sure.

SF doing better than ROD on the recent rallies posted on the Leader live blog.

Richard wouldn’t have canvassed our west of the County.

Chambers and Dillon are both Ballintubber. If Mulherin stays ahead of Dillon, Chambers could survive based on Dillon’s vote.

Cork North Central: According to the final tally, Solidarity’s Mick Barry, Kenneth O’Flynn (Ind), Fianna Fáil’s Tony Fitzgerald, and the Green Party’s Oliver Moran are all on between 6 and 7% of first preference votes.

O’Flynn is FF gene pool - but Gould will have a big surplus and that is likely to benefit the left candidates - I’d say Barry could just do it.

Incredible scenes with Quinlivan set to top the poll ahead of Willie!

O’Donnell FG looks set to get in while the last seat is to be an unmerciful dogfight.
