Sure whoā€™d be traipsing down to Limerick on a weeknight for a gig*?

*Iā€™ll make neither show as Iā€™ll be at Peppa Pig Land or something.

Fontaines DC tonight

Nothing here really doing it for me. Saw Iggy Pop years ago in Kilmainham but heā€™s passed it now. (Thereā€™ll be loads of heā€™s amazing for a 76 year old etc)

Trinity it is!

Saw him with the Stooges maybe 16 years ago or so (Mike Watt was in the band as well). Great show.

Max Richter probably the pick of the line up, but Iā€™d rather see him somewhere like NCH than a field in Waterford.

Iggy played Kilmainham in 2008.

Iā€™ve never seen Iggy Pop and Iā€™d like to, so Iā€™d be glad to see him. Thatā€™s a relatively lightweight announcement but thereā€™s a few on the list Iā€™d like to see. Iā€™m sure it will pick up a lot more. Have a ticket already. Festivals like that are more about whatā€™s in the second tier tent or two than whatā€™s on the main stage I think.
