Even at their gigs when Smith was there, he did all the talking. That could have been because Smith was too shy but he seemed to be revel in the lead role even though Smith wrote all the songs and was the lead singer.
It seemed odd.
I read an interview with Tim recently. Poor fella has just gone through a divorce. He says it may take a while but he will be back. He is calling himself Harp these days. I will be watching developments closely.
@chewy louie and @Il Bomber Destro - Was chatting away to Kasabian earlier, nice chaps. Had a bit of banter about Leicester being back in the big time⌠I was gonna ask about their love of Irish ballads but left it off⌠They are usuing our Olive shop to enter/exit their show tonight⌠gave us free tickets but I told them they were shite and I will be staying home.
Saw Mersey Beat in the bar in the Haven Hotel in Dunmore East last night. One man band playing all of the Beatles classics with a backing track. Played the second half in a Sergeant Pepper outfit.
The War On Drugs are playing at Vicar Street tonight. Probably my favourite current band. Iâd rank their new album âLost In The Dreamâ slightly below their previous album âSlave Ambientâ but itâs still very good.
