One led to the other.
It’s that time again. The local remote centre is packed to the gills with people. Encouraging to see such a strong turnout.
Shocked and saddened to see that the last time I gave blood was Jan 2016. For shame.
About to donate, feeling good about it, must do more regularly this year
One of my few regrets in life. Got the auld hepatitis when I was a chap and that put pay to that
Munching on a few custard creams before I donate. My blood count is at 13.7 which is good, I’m told
Jaysus Mike. As my da would say; if you bought ducks they’d drown
All done. Having the auld cup of coffee, chocolate biscuits and taytos. Lovely Oz nurse attended to me and spoke about politics
Donated for first time in about time years last week. A “package” of tayto and a kit Kat is a great combination
I dont get sick very often kid but when I do…
You weren’t out for a dander in stillorgan the other day?
Nah. Too posh for me
Not allowed donate, lived in the 6 counties during the foot and mouth thing, tried again last year at carrigaline GAA club,no joy
Ah yeah!! The old foot and mouth excuse.
There’s room for a few cutting observations here.
Nah serious
Just donated there now. Don’t forget about them if you’re a regular donor lads. They still need blood.
Give blood guys
‘
Really important to give blood lads. You’re helping to save lives.
Not old enough to have been given a pint of Guinness after a donation, I’d say you’d be fairly dozy after giving blood and a pint of stout
