Holiday destinations for the accompanied traveller

I gave up and never looked back. Just listened to a few podcasts, that’s about it. Worked wonders. Had thought about AA alright, but can’t see it being any more beneficial too what I did myself already. But cheers also :ok_hand:t2::ok_hand:t2:

You know what, was never into the Napolitano style, more American. But ā€œwhen in Romeā€ and all that.

Royal Palace in Naples is worth a visit. It’s down by the port.

We visited it before getting the ferry to Sorrento.

Parts of the recent Sky Mussolini series were filmed there.

Ah no there’s a few places in the city centre there that are incredible. And very cheap.

Had thought it’d be cheap. Have a feeling it’s gonna turn the way Dubrovnik is now and overrun with tourists. Or has that horse bolted already?

Fair play pal, full of admiration of anyone taking that step.

Good to hear that what you did worked. Many paths up Mount Fuji, as they say.

Cheers brother. I’d talk a fair amount 9f shite here, but I remember it at least

Is it Rome or Naples you are going to

Napoli.

No it’s nothing like that.

It’s still very wild and authentic. I know you don’t drink but it’s a great night out.

Ah I don’t mind going out. I can enjoy myself without it. Be great to see what the locals are like if anything.

My memories of the place are that it’s crazy at night, like what I imagine a South American city is (though I’ve never been to South America).

People out drinking, eating pizza, loving life, talking about Diego Maradona. You’ll be standing in a tiny alley, that’s OBVIOUSLY a pedestrian zone and a fella will come tearing down it in a van.

A lot of Argentinian’s are descended from the south of Italy. Look forward to this!

If you got through the Fleadh you’ll be able for anything :+1:

Was a fair battle. Trust me!

Allegedly, a hallmark of Napoli is three persons to a moped.

La Sirene is looking like our destination at this stage.
Is it fairly easy to navigate as in not absolutely massive? We have a fairly ā€˜babyish’ 10 year old who wed like to give a small bit of independence to

Yes it’s big, close to 1000 accomodation units on site I’d say. Depending where you are on site the route back to the accomodation can be a head scratcher for the first couple of days, but I wouldn’t let that put me off. There are maps dotted around the campsite. Our kids had plenty of independence once they settled in.
