Dingle town is superb. Ten great pubs not to mind Paudie’s or Murphys out the road.
Agreed. I was there last night as it happens. Heap of great pubs
Dingle is a state of mind
You meeting for a pint?
Kerry girls are fantastic too. Lovely girls behind the counter in Paudie’s.
Tis better its getting. The grub I had last night in Out of the Blue was as good as youd get anywhere.
Roaster alert.
Kenmare is highly underrated too as a good boozing town.
I was only searching for a room in dingle before looking in here.
Benners had rooms for the time I wanted in February for 116e a night. A steal
I’m gone off Dingle it’s gone too expensive nowadays and that leaves a sour taste. I feel it’s gone hipsterish too. I never felt anything for Killarney, quite dislike it actually. Sneem is my kind of place when it comes to Kerry. I’m kind of gone more into West Cork in recent times over Kerry.
You’ll get lots of Dat Sun in Qashqai
Whats Adare if its not the Adare of towns?
Adare is a village for goodness sake
Informative.
New years day in Paidi o’ses this year was the greatest day of my life.
Don’t really enjoy it too packed. Worth doing once I guess.
New Year’s Eve in Dingle is awful. New Year’s Day is excellent though
We head out to Murphys in New Year’s Day. Get away from the hussle and bussle.
Considering heading to Zadar and Novalija at some point this summer.
Ryanair fly direct to Zadar and from my reconnaissance, it would appear than Novalija is about an hour plus journey from Zadar. What would be the best split in time for the two areas, I plan to take about 9/10 days so would 4/5 in each be the right amount? Should I consider putting an extra Croatia destination on the itinerary in that time?
I was in Poland at the Easter weekend and I found Uber to be a terrific job and cheap as chips. Does it operate in Croatia to the same level?
Is there much going on in Novalija to warrant 4/5 days in it or would you be better off doing a night or two or a day trip from Zadar?
Finally with regard accommodation, self catering seems to be overwhelmingly the most available. I presume these are all to a good standard and fairly well managed with regard checking in and out?
Zadar is beautiful. I’d reckon 2/3 days would be perfect because it’s not actually very big. 2 days of wandering around the town and a boat trip maybe. Ive no idea about the other place.
