Not if he killed them first
"Kelly did not have a better year than O Neill though. "
If you concede 4-3 to you direct opponent in an AI Final you should be considering your future in that position not to mind wondering re an all star. An all star for ONeill is out of the questions, he is a converted corner back who was duly targeted and badly exposed.

He was exposed, mostly by his own team though. He was superb till last Saturday. You are talking thru your ass.
Just cos you have friends in the panel and get kept up to date on all the least happenings doesnât mean you know more or anything about hurling than anyone else. Just like scumpot you seem to think because your team win the All Ireland it automatically makes you an expert. In fact all it does is make ye more deluded than ever. You learn more from defeats they say, have a feeling this will certainly be the case with ye lot.

Holy fucking shit, the heads on some of these cunts. McInerney and Collins are straight out of deliverance and Conor mcGrath is straight from the four courts.
Harnedy, Tony Kelly and Patrick Donnelan would be up front and centre in any touring freakshow as well.
Tell us again how Cork destroyed Clare when Clare used the sweeper system earlier in the championship year like you were bluffing on about last week.
You have been pulled up on horseshit time and time again over the past few weeks, give it a rest
Brian Lohan was exposed a few times as well though. Everybody does at some time. He wa an excellent player, but I think heâd struggle like anyone else the way those finals were played. Remember he had Sean McMahon outside him and people stayed in their place a lot more.

Once is enough. Go back and watch it.
I was at the game and there was no sweeper. but carry on regardless we are all getting a good laugh out of it
FFS Lohanâs mobility was the reason he could get away with not being able to catch the ball. He struggled on the bigger less mobile players like Browne, Shelley etc
Itâs gas fellas leaving Shane O Neill out for one bad day and putting McInerney in despite being cleaned out the last day. If you compare the rest if their games Shane O Neill was streets ahead.
Both were better than McCarthy.
Shane O Neill should not get an all Star, He shipped 4-3 in an all Ireland final for fuck sake!. I cannot understand how Richie McCarthy is not on some of the teams I have looked at. Immense versus Tipp and in the 1st half versus Cork.
As for McInerney, he got fucking destoryed by Maurice Shanahan against Waterford. The Full Back position is Between McCarthy and Peter Kelly. In fact id have both. Peter Kelly in the Corner. As for the last corner forward position, well either or. both didnt do much over the course of the year but were outstanding on Saturday
Nash
McInerney
McCarthy
Kelly
Bugler
Rushe
Ryan
Galvin
Kelly
Colin Ryan
Harnedy
Sutcliffe
Collins
Horgan
O Donnell/McGrath
McInerney has a very similar style to him, even in the way he runs.
I would like to see limerick get an all star and Mcarthy is their best chance, he was excellent v Tipp and COrk and although somewhat culpable for goal v Clare he did perform well that day also
Bearing in mind heâd be playing for Clare not against them, whose movement off the Cork team would have killed him?
Kev, how about the fact that Chewy has seen an awful lot more hurling than you in recent years? Youâve just started watching the game again FFS and profess to know more than anyone else. Pipe down!
For political reasons Limerick are not going to be left without an All-Star after winning Munster for the first time since 1996. That is an absolute certainty. Media momentum has built strongly behind McCarthy as their leading candidate and 1/2 on him is free money.
Harnedy had McCarthy in all sorts of trouble before the sending off v Cork. Anyone suggesting otherwise is a total spoofer.
And it helps that a supposed rival got cleaned out for 4-3 in the biggest game of the season. Game over man.
I think these are the best players in their given positions in Ireland. all stars are a different matter of course as they are given out on one season only
Nash
Paul Murphy, JJ, D McInerney
B Bugler, C OMahony, Moran
T Kelly, B Maher
Bubbles ODwyer, R Power, J Conlon
P Collins, J Canning, Horgan
Honorable mentions to D Fives who is going to be an animal, w Hyland, Micky Cahill, Richie Hogan , Conal Keaney and Seamus Harnedy
Iâd have Zane above Willie for what its worth KC. A break will probably do Willie a lot of good.
