Mike Casey, Pat Oā€™Connor, Colm Galvin, Tony Kelly, Aaron Gillane, Shane Dowling, Tom Morrissey , Geaord Hegarty ,Conor Whelan, Cathal Mannion , Joe Canning, Johnny Coen, David Burke all in the mix still, a big game or too and they could be in

Nailed it.

TJ hasnā€™t a fucking hope ye headbangers

Donā€™t bump a thread about All Stars before one of the semi finals and the final if you want a finalised All Star team you clown

He is having a far superior year to TJ. In fact Iā€™d say it was a poor season for Reid considering the heights heā€™s reached in previous years.

TJ Reid is a real media darling. His contributions from play this summer were 0-1 against Dublin, 1-1 against Offaly, scoreless against Galway in Salthill, 0-1 against Wexford, 0-2 in both Leinster final draw and replay and 0-1 against Limerick.

It depends what you look for in a player. Canning for example scored 3 or 4 points from play against Clare but was barely involved in the game while TJ is generally way more involved in a game, winning puckouts, winning frees, laying the ball off for scores

A good few positions up in the air yet. Murphy, Finn, Burke, Mannion, Hannon, Mannion and Conlon are all certs. Jack Browne, Casey, Byrnes, Morrissey all fighting for two defensive spots.

Midfield is a crazy one. Cian Lynch looks most likely here. I have an inkling Fitzgibbon may lose out and they may give him yhoty as a consolation prize. Galvin and Burke were both very good last week.

Up front it all depends on who plays well in the next 2 games. Conlon and Mannion are nailed on with Harnedy to a lesser extent

Iā€™d give Dan Kearney an All-Star over Peter Duggan, Cathal Mannior or Harnedy personally. Thought he was Corkā€™s best player this year.

If you were to go off current Paddy Power odds:

  1. Eoin Murphy- 1/25 (Nicky Quaid- 7/1)
  2. Sean Finn- 1/7 (David McInerney- 12/1)
  3. Daithi Burke- 1/16 (Michael Casey- 3/1)
  4. Richie English- 1/5 (Adrian Tuohy- 3/1)
  5. Diarmuid Byrnes- 2/5 (Dan Morrissey- 8/15)
  6. Declan Hannon- 1/100 (Gearoid McInerney- 10/1)
  7. Padraig Mannion- 1/50 (Mark Coleman- 9/2)
  8. Cian Lynch- 1/16 (Darragh Oā€™Donovan- 16/1)
  9. Darragh Fitzgibbon- 8/13 (David Burke- 5/4)
  10. Peter Duggan- 1/5 (Cathal Mannion- 10/1)
  11. Joe Canning- 1/100 (Kyle Hayes- 5/2)
  12. Tom Morrissey- 1/3 (Gearoid Hegarty- 8/1)
  13. Seamus Harnedy- 2/5 (Aaron Gillane- 1/2)
  14. John Conlon- 1/100 (Seamus Flanagan- 2/1)
  15. Graeme Mulcahy- 1/16 (Patrick Horgan- 9/4)

Bizarrely, Dan Kearney is not listed at all. Neither is Jack Browne. Colm Galvin is 100/1. Kelly & SOD both 20/1, Whelan 10/1.

That team looks fairly spot on.

They donā€™t pick that way position by position any more do they?

Nicky Quaid, Sean Finn, Mike Casey, Richie English, Dan morrissey, Declan Hannon, diarmuid Byrnes, Daragh o donovan, Cian Lynch, tom morrissey, Kyle Hayes, Gearoid hegarty, Graeme Mulcahy, Seamus Flanagan and Aran Gillane. Hurler of the year: tom morrissey, Young hurler of the year: Kyle Hayes. End of debate :pint:

Do do do do do

Flanagan is a banker at 2/1 get on. Duggan can fuck off. A free taker and missed his bread and butter against Galway. No all star and lost 3 games fuck him off the team

Whole thing is a sham with Flanagan doesnā€™t get one and Horgan does.
