Hurling All Stars

Spillane will piss off a few lads here anyway

That’s like the kind of team the All Stars would send out to play a league game vs Offaly in March.

Do you watch the games at all? Daithi Burke cleaned John conlon In the replay.

Crummy. A name to strike the fear of God into the opposition.

In fairness fo Conlon, I doubt he was fit to play that replay. Although Burke wasn’t too fit the first day so they about broke even on each other

Crummy is an excellent defender. I’d take him ahead of Limerick wing backs

+1, I’d say most of these lads starting watching the games from semi-final on.

Hard to argue with any of that really

Kilkenny x 2, Dublin, Limerick and Clare all scored more goals against Galway than Galway scored.

Last year Offaly, Wexford, Tipperary and Waterford all did so.

Burke is a media darling.

That’s totally irreverent to anything. Galway’s forwards going for points is some reflection on daithi Burke? Your some clown when it comes to hurling.

The corner backs are both poor enough. Bar the first day against Clare when he was clearly injured he was excellent again this year

He’s been the best 3 in the country by a distance for the last 4 years.

I wasn’t being irreverent, I was being entirely serious. Burke did not protect his territory against Clare and allowed Clare forwards waltz through and shoot at goal from point blank range.

That’s poor full back play.

So your completely bluffing. You said he was roasted in the replay v Clare. He completely dominated Clare’s best player. You’ve also listed conlon on your all star team. Bizarre crap from you.

He was roasted, you dope.

Definitely the best since the retirement of JJ, who wasn’t even a specialist 3 himself

SeĂĄn Finn is well ahead of both Richie English and Colm Spillane.

It isn’t a great era for threes alright. Agree he’s the best since Jj.

Peter Kelly deserves a warm mention for full back in recent era. So does David Kenny.
