More people = better? Is that what you are saying?
in the case of Shinty then yes
Aussie Rules has higher average and total attendance than Rogbee League.
Therefore Aussie Rules is better than Rogbee League
Hoisted by your own petard there mate.
in the normal states?
I always had you pegged for someone whoâd just follow whats popular rather than forming your own opinion
Why donât Irish people attend hurling matches ??
EPL on tv.
55000 people did today
30,000 empty seats at Croke Park today.
More people at the Tipp v Galway hur;ling match than at the Tipp v Galway football match (which was a double header with two other counties involved).
Case closed⌠Reknowned Dubliner and wannebe Leitrm person, @thedancingbaby loses.
50,000 empty last week. Vast swarms of empty terracing last night.
And these are supposed to be the elite in the âgreatest game on earthâ
You couldnât make it up
Wrong
This is turning into a totally pointless thread
I know mate. Idiots trying to defend hurling status in this country
Tipp v Gal in football, attendance 29k. Half that crowd was there to see Clare and Kerry, so actuall attendance 15k
Tipp v Gal in HURLING, attendance 55k.
Case closed.
Football can only draw a crowd when a county with 1.25million people are involved.
Thereâs no defending to be done regarding the status of either football, hurling or indeed any other sport. Each to his or herself.Just because I believe that hurling is a better game then football does not give me the right to criticise you for having a different viewpoint. The same applies to everyone.
The gas thing is, the hurling fans see no shame in the fact both semi finals at Croke Park, and the replay in Thurles were so pathetically attended.
If your argument is based on attendance then youâve lost already.
Any Bridge man would say hurlling
