Injuries

Go way will you and donā€™t be annoying me.

Ah i see. You donā€™t want to know or see it from another side. You donā€™t want the responsibility of it.

Fair enough. I meet that alot.

have you been to a doctor about any of this?

Would you ever fuck off with your gobbledygook.

Funnily enough Iā€™ve seen a number of the leading specialists in the country about these health issues. It didnā€™t occur to me to have their advice second guessed by some chancer running a back street gym in the arse end of Cork who has spent the last 5 years shoveling concrete around Australia.

Mea Culpa.

You are the one talking rubbish. You said your arthritis is heredity. But turns out a disease was that was shown up due to arthritis, but its not clear by you that 2 are connected.

Or been fed rubbish or else you are only listening to what you want to hear. The arthritis mist likely you were suceptible to, possibly. But what you probably feel more comfortable with is the idea that you had nothing to do with the arthritis.

But you played alot of sport by the sounds of it, sat in an office alot but never did any strength training. Would that be correct?

Have you had joint replacement?
What was the heredity disease you have?
Was exercise the first port of call from your practitioner? And what was the general gist of the exercise?

Kev, if you think Iā€™m going to waste my time here on the couch going around in circles so that you can ultimately get some little crumb that will enable you to exclaim ā€œthere I was right all alongā€ you are deluded.

get your facts right you cunt he was slating houses, not shoveling concrete

Rattled.

If you were 100% confident everything you or others had done was the right approach you would answer.

All i am left to believe is that you are another person who didnā€™t look after themselves but canā€™t take that responsibility and then gets shifted from pillar to post by consuktants and experts because nobody really knows and you have a good insurance plan.

Maybe you will let the penny drop some day. Give me a call if you want. I have helped some arthritis sufferers and continue to do so. Work with people as old as 92. Or at worst i can send you to someone similar in Dublin.

Or you can think these ā€œprofessionalsā€ really give a fuck and it had nothing to do with your lifestyle and lose all mobility eventually and die earlier than you should.

I shovelled plenty concrete too fella.

Very proud of building peoples houses.

@Fagan_ODowd like bait quip telling lads to pack in exercising/training has backfired wonderfully here as his sedentary lifestyle is put under the microscope by @caoimhaoin

What would @Tassotti make of this?

@caoimhaoin Well, whatā€™s my height gotta do with your diagnosis?

Nothing, Kev just needs to know if itā€™d be safe to challenge you to a fight in phoenix park if it ever came to it.

Well lets say you were 6ā€™5 and iā€™m 5ā€™10 and we both score 10cm. Do you think us having the same dorsiflexion would mean weā€™re both good to go?

You, assuming normal limb lengths within a few cmā€™s, should be a longer than me. There are other factors like big feet etc. So its only 1 indication. Another is the angle you are getting from heel to wall when you push in.

Its not an exact science. Just a general assessment.

I picked up nine handy likes there for a minimum of effort, all the same.

Edit. Make that 10.

Youā€™d want your arthritis examined to be reading this thread alright.

Do the likes help the pain?

Yes.

You are a sad old bothered cunt in fairness. I suppose your stubborness and ignorance served you well in other ways
