I’ve had numbness is my thigh/quad for coming up on 4 days. Not hurt it and I’ve no back pain or anything.

Could be your femoral nerve … are you anyway tight around the hip / groin area?

You’d probably need to get hands on treatment … get in and release the nerve… You’d deffo be feeling something around the hip and groin tho.

Go get a decent anti-inflamm … take a nice bath and do some mild stretching around hip/groin/back and report back.
