Injuries

Nah, cortisone is used for deep inflamation. Had a bursa on knee. Got a cortisone and it settled right down.

Sound. Actually come to think of it i had one in the ankle about 10 years ago :skull_and_crossbones:

Physio be the best route or just go to GP?

Go to physio as they will you exact diagnosis. Some can give cortisone. If not, they will direct you where to go.

Gp a waste of time for running injuries.

Perfect. Thanks mate.

Im pretty sure i fucked this up messing in the trampoline with the kids.

No worries, that would do it.

Fuck sake, theyā€™re dangerous bastard thingsā€¦lethal even.

Iā€™m nearly 42, I sit down about 50 hours a week for a living. I go from sitting position in home office and within 5 minutes I am doing jump squats in the trampoline with the kids. Hard to blame the trampoline in fairness.

Jaysus, I always thought you were much older

After the shot youā€™ll be ready for the fun run series

Could you get a cortisone on the Internet without having to see a doctor?

Not following you?

I like to present my internet persona as a more early 50s alright. Youā€™ll find it gains you more authority and respect around here. cc @balbec @ciarancareyshurlingarmy

Not sure Iā€™d agree. Weā€™ve had no injuries to report and weā€™ll had one for a few yearsā€¦ Its a great way for them to burn off the excess sugar and high Gi synthetic carbs that get fired at them at parties these days*.

*if parties exist anymore

And he only 52

Bad news for me so as I am younger than him but look older.

Thats all the excess weight you are carrying.

Fuck

Thought you were a lot older
