Thereâs only one real reason for the situation that has developed and that is Israel continually taking the piss since its foundation.
Also Israel funded Hamas in its early days in an attempt to destabilise the PLO.
Stay safe over there, mate.
correct as already stated Yitxak Shamir funded Hamas
I think the point being your point that they arrested these after the ceasefire. When in fact they just killed and bombed them and the timing of when it happened seems to be before the ceasefire. Correct me if Iâm wrong though.
And seeing as you are around now mickee, is the whole basis of the Palestinians rage that Israel have forced themselves into their agreed borders and have divided their land? I read some nutjob jew from England today and her thoughts. Its actually mental some of the guff they believe and spout out justifying the killing of Palestinians. I agree with you that they need to defend themselves, but they are defending themselves and then going a step much further and inflicting a lot of damage in return.
the killing of anyone cannot be justified in my opinion unless of course that individual was setting out to deliberately endanger human life himself,
the great thing about here is that there is a stunningly high proportion of lunatics per head of population, it really is incredible, i know these type of people who you refer to, they exist unfortunately and as i have stated are one of the reasons we have this problem⌠its fucking bizarre what is tolerated here, i dont really blink anymore when i hear these cunts talk, they are as bad as islamic jihad IMHO, as i have said here before i am bamboozled at how indifferent people are to war and killing, it truly is insane that it is accepted as a way of life

Are you talking about TFK or the Middle East?
i dont know where we are going with this, a bunch of lads entered israel via a hole in the ground armed to the teeth , based on previous form it is safe to say they were going to target civilians, they were stopped from doing so and lives were saved, if that annoys people then you need to take a serious look at yourself.
look Rocko i dont know whats disappointing here, bottom line is an armed gang who entered via a hole in the ground were intercepted and lives were most definitely saved, that is 100% fact, there is nothing tall or short about it, would you prefer if one of them went to a bus station and blew himself up?
Whatâs cowboy about it? It could only possibly be cowboy if I was claiming to be a Physio. Which I never have.
And where have you found the arrogance to pretend you are more âin the knowâ in this subject that others?
From what I have read if you, you have a right wing tunnel vision view on most subjects. The middle and neutral view from most decent commentators who have actually been there flies in the face of your tripe.
Iâd say you know every bit as little as me. Youâve mugged yourself off here.
Youâre the right man to talk about arrogance alright. An opinion on everything and ranting when someone disagrees with you or calls you out when youâre talking through your hole.
Funny I have an opinion on something I comment on. I probably comment on less subjects here than most. What you are mistaking it for is I have strong opinions, it must be because they are my own.

i bet you kev and another few lads posting on this thread used to own a che Guevara t shirt or one of those scarfs yassar araafat used to wear when they were in college
however Kev when other people post their opinions that may contradict yours you feel the need to insult and adapt an agressive , defensive nature, what i have said there is wonderfully condescending but if you articulated your points in different fashion and lost the need to see an opposing viewpoint as an act of aggression it may make for a better flow thru the thread and maybe we could actually have a discussion. I know many people with strong opinions, i have many of my own but in order to project them i dont see the need to attack when speaking and insult and defend when the other is making a contribution and for some reason try to personalise the issue which is pretty adolescent.
In your current form you could get a job as press officer of Yisrael Beitenau, they are an ultra right wing party led by Avigdor Liberman, his press officers adopt as similar role as yourself in its agressiveness, ignornace, paranoia and defensiveness when interviewed or commenting on subjects of the day
This army service the Israelis have to do is a massive contributory factor to the increasingly radical attitudes in Israel, IMO. Kids go into the army at 18 and given Israelâs recent history will generally be involved in some war or other during their three years in the army. Naturally they emerge completely indoctrinated and it will take them a long time to become more balanced or well adjusted individuals, if ever, especially in Israeli society. If they even moved the age to 23 when kids had been through college or gained a bit of life experience they might be better able to handle things.
I remember being at a party in an Israeli hostel one time, most of the Israelis there had been involved in the last Gaza conflict (having read the Goldstone report there was a decent chance some of these guys were involved in or were around some fucked up events), there were a few alright ones but most of them were nuts, suspicious and on the edge of aggression all the time. They come out of their army service and take off travelling taking drugs and getting fucked up wherever they go, they seem traumatised. One cunt insisted on burning the ear off me on the rights and wrongs of their conflicts, bit my tongue for a long time but eventually he started trotting out things like âthe Palestinians are guerrillas and all guerrillas are terroristsâ. I pointed out Ireland won itâs independence through guerrilla warfare and that that wasnât terrorism and I was proud that we had won it. His expression showed that he had never been confronted with a counterpoint like that in his life, he had no response. It summed up his outlook, for him the Palestinians were not really people and everything Israel did would always be justified.
Anyway he simply would not fuck off and ruined my chances with the girl who had brought me and my group back to the hostel who wanted to talk about anything but the army. Horrible little bastard.
