One thing that jumped out was that they reckon a pandemic bonus should apply to all citizens in the form of a ā¬200 voucher per adult and ā¬100 voucher per child as well as a public holiday.

By my back of the envelope calculations, that would probably cost about ā¬900 million for the vouchers even before you get to the cost of a bank holiday. Money tree here we come
