Most of tbe Irish working class and practically all the Irish lower class are living a British lifestyle immersing themselves in British culture.

Wonderful idea.

We would need to deport @ChocolateMice , @myboyblue , @Sidney and the other lazy layabouts.

:+1:

we are involved in every strata of society here, it would be great for Ireland

The likes of Sir Terry Wogan has blazed a trail for Irish people across the channel.

If we allowed the UK to join us, it could make the UK great again.

as Oscar Wilde once famously said, the Irish are more British than the British themselves

And the Anglo Irish became more Irish than the Irish themselves.

Maybe we should just do a swap.

Leaving was the worst thing that ever happened Ireland, we never recovered

After the UK votes to leave the eu , it will trigger an exodus by other countries.

This is a win win for Ireland. We’d have competent leadership from Cameron until he departs and the seamless transition to Osborne occurs. Osbourns twin connection to England and Ireland will make him a palatable choice for the plain people of these islands.Add in the other opportunities like potentially hosting the Proms and Commonwealth Games, this would be a real boon for this island.

George Osborne is one of our own. He sent over 8 billion quid and never said a word about it

Imagine the road and rail network we’d have with British money instead of the shambles there now. And the NHS

Lads like Sidney sitting around their gaff all day drinking cans and dreaming of a socialist state wouldn’t know what to do with themselves. Dave would force them back to work pronto

The British implemented wonderful infrastructure and architecture, the Irish have let themselves down in the manner in which they neglected it.

Sid would be featuring in an Irish edition of benefits street :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Being realistic about it, while also being appreciative of Lord Lawsons good will.
