Any really good questions to gauge someone’s personality? Have the standard above and beyond, deadlines, communication type ones but everyone is prepped for those… I was going to ask why are manholes round, but I’m not sure we can say manhole anymore?

It’s not about the answer… I’d say really you just want to see if they completely meltdown and go into a tailspin… The “right” answer is an acknowledgement of not knowing and an explanation of how you might figure out the answer
