Interview today…
They are looking for someone to be in the office 5 days … Trying to build a team yada yada yada. I told the recruitment officer that i could do it short term (6 months) while developing the team and processes etc. but long term I’d need WFH flexibility. … She came back and said they’ve agreed to that.
At the end of the interview, which went well, the female interviewer drops the 'it’s 5 days in the office ’ - no exceptions. Why bring me in for the fucking interview?
Was that her way of saying we won’t be hiring you? The recruitment lady rang after and said she 100% told them what my stance was.
Recruiters are fucking useless. It makes no difference if you lasted 2 weeks or 2 years there, they’d have the commission pocketed just by getting one of their nominations hired.
Twould be some way to build a team alright. All of them in the office 5 days a week and they looking at their @Julio_Geordio type manager on a Teams call and he bleary eyed and sitting in a cum stained tracksuit at home.
