Go on tell me. Where in the world do you see it? Governments in ireland, USA, most of Europe -which of these represent a liberal orthodoxy? EU institutions, our courts, the media? There is no liberal orthodoxy in any of these. Define liberal orthodoxy anyway, itâs nonsense.

No it starts with the parents and judges and cases that should never get rewarded being rewarded.

If anything itâs evidence of selfishness on the part of the parents (if theyâre taking claims for things they shouldnât), conservatism on the part of schools and government, and as I said, corporations dictating behaviours so they can make money.

The general approach to modern law making is a huge problem. Do not try and fix the problem. Just make a new rule than punishes those who can behave correctly. Itâs in every strand of society.
