Kilkenny GAA thread

There’s no sympathy in this game for anybody

Why so agin Henry

Look again…

There’s nothing wrong with the vision. The sound cuts out

Didn’t know that, sorry!

So why is it that Cody is so venomous towards Henry then?

Is there a possibility this is all just one big wind up?

I cant imagine he’d confide with anyone his intentions and if he was going he’d just announce it and not allow it to leak out in a drip feed manner… .

Christ. The Fergie model. I’ll go, but I’ll be undermining you constantly in the background

I would ask why would he leave now? He finally has a new team coming through after a period in the doldrums. I’d imagine the murmurings against him within the county are as low as they have been in 5 years or so?

He’d be mad to stop Limerick doing 4/5/6 in a row too.

I can’t imagine he’d trust anyone else to stop them.

Sunday also emphasised though they’re a bit off ending what is fast approaching record territory without an All Ireland win. Talisman TJ Reid will be pushing 36 once Championship 2023 winds around too.

I’m really not so sure Kilkenny are as close as many think tbh.

Tipp and cork are the two counties who’ll stop Limerick and take over.

Lads only bursting to get the spade out and start digging a hole for the man.

What’s the longest they’ve ever gone?

Reid’d legs are long gone, so I don’t think age would hinder him that much

Niamh will keep him in tiptop shape.

They are also very beatable and there’s a good chance they get beat in a QF, Semi Final etc… Be typical of him not to get to the 25th year and leave on 24.

10 years between 1922-32 and 1947-57.

18 years: 1887-1904.

Brian hogans analysis of the game was excellent I felt and also tj Ryan’s on Dalos podcast.

Hogan stopped short of lowering the blade in to Cody but you could tell he was fairly seething with some of the tactics.

Is Henry still involved with Thomastown?
