Is there the stick of relegation from these games. Noting their penned as 2nd round!
No relegation from junior, although there may be for senior/intermediate clubs fielding a 2nd team, they have their own section and don’t emerge from it until semi final stage.
Its structured differently this year, the bottom 3 in each group play each other in a first round with the winners playing the second and third placed teams in the 2nd round. Piltown and Tullogher topped the 2 groups and are straight in to a QF which is a 3rd round and will be joined by the winners of round 2. All a bit complicated; the old system worked fine to my mind, 2 groups of 6 with 1st playing 6th in the opposite group and 2nd playing 5th etc in a first round then open draw after that.

Thanks, yes mirroring the Senior/inter format was just fine.
All the games need an outcome on the day to get to quarter final stage for the first weekend in October.
How did O’Loughlins get beaten? Looked a great team last year.
Mullinavat out worked them and got 3 goals. Vat are a solid team with size. O loughlins lack forwards despite being good 1-9.
Olg lack a manager. Andy supposed to be terrible. Great raw material to work with there.
What forwards of note do they have?
Paddy Deegan caused wreck up front for them last year. Conor Kelly, Eoin O Shea and Owen Wall are all nice forwards if lacking a bit of size. A Butler lad there last year complimented them.
Deegan is a midfielder. O’Shea is decent but that’s all.
They won’t beat teams easily with that forward line.
