Now that wouldn’t surprise me!!

The Boro put up a nice score, saw them during the league and were impressive as well. Mulinavats physicality and a referee that forgot to bring his whistle got them over the line against OLG.

Thanks for this!

Fenians relegate Freshford down to junior. They are some boyos for a relegation play off win.

Some club to end the year on a win. They must have won the bones of 10 relegation finals over the past 20 years bar the one loss.

Unreal record. They dont have long left at inter though. They will go down in the next couple of years and stay down. Plenty of dog in them today but they are seriously lacking hurlers.

The record is now 10-1 afaik. Have relegated Freshford x2, Ballyragget, Ballycallan and a host of other clubs during that time.
No panic there when they reach this stage as they almost plan for it.

Freshford we’re in the final last year but have been ravaged by injuries and their inter county star leaving a week before championship and not returning.

Dicksboro beat The village by 3-7 to 1-12 in u17 A final. Thomastown won the B.

Full set of results from today.

Big win for Thomastown.

Are they favourites?

They’ve been strong the last few years but Muckalee are shite

Does Henry have any involvement at all with them this year?

Someone said earlier that he’s stepped away and the selectors have taken over.

I think he took some job in Galway and wasn’t wanted back.

The Rower have Darragh Joyce back. If he gets called in by Lyng he mightn’t be going back to Oz.

Bit of a surprise to see Tullogher lose to Windgap.

I’m hearing Windgap have a bit about them this year. Dark horses

Joyce was released by St Kilda, so has no club at the moment. His agent is looking around and some interest in him, but it could be at semi pro and the VFL level. So he’ll have a choice to make alright, whether to stay out in Melbourne or come home.

He’s 25/26 at this stage?

Presumably he could be looked after work wise around KK if he was good enough.

After last years all Ireland final it’s an area KK need to improve on. I think Mikey Carey is gone travelling too which opens another space.

He have turned 25 at some stage this year alright. I’m sure Michael Lyng would be able to help his clubman there if he had to. He had started sports management in UCD, but not sure if or what he continued with in college in Melbourne. Played at wing forward for the Rower when they won their league game last week, be interesting to see where he finds a spot for the rest of the championship

What would a VFL lad be getting?
